Anne Hathaway has dumped her boyfriend Raffaello Follieri none too soon as he appeared today in a New York court room to face a dozen counts of wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering.  Officials also say Follieri tested positive for opiates in a urine test Tuesday morning. This is not the first time he has had trouble with the law. He has bounced a check for 250K and was sued by a company for 55 million when they said he spent their money on himself and Anne and not on business items.

People magazine is reporting that he has been given a 21 million dollar bail. The bail is high because he is considered a high flight risk. If he pays the bail he can be released and serve house arrest until the trial.
