Miley Cyrus was at the Billboard Music Awards in Vegas over the weekend where she presented an award for Top New Artist. More importantly she won the fashion award wearing some kind of suit/skirt combo that showed off her amazing, tone legs and plenty of cleavage.

Clearly Miley is not shy and loves to show that skin off. She recently said that she is working out and getting in shape for herself, but that if people think she is sexy it is cool with her. I have to admit I am even digging the hair and the nose ring. It all works.
