Katy Perry Peoples Choice

Katy Perry wore a cleavage baring dress to the People’s Choice Awards. She won two awards Favorite Online Sensation and a big upset for Favorite Female Artist where she beat out the likes of Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. Since it was the People’s Choice Awards, she gave the people what she wanted which is a hot look and plenty of cleavage.
