 The Dark Night set all kinds of records over the weekend. It took in the most for a single night with its midnight showings then it took in the most for a single day on Saturday and today it is reported that at 155.34 million it has had the largest opening weekend in movie history. The movie rocks and Ledger is flat genius as The Joker. To put this into perspective the movie sold almost 22 million tickets over the weekend which means about 1 out of ever 12 people in the US saw the movie. Pretty damn impressive. |
